This vineyard is our pride and joy. The good child. The one that is easy to look after, is naturally balance and produces fruit that consistently powerful yet pure.
This war we picked a bit earlier, and then played with a bit of malo and battonage to build weight, flavour and texture - we think it is our best Chardonnnay yet! The long but mild growing season offers it a thrillingly fresh finish. We believe in a classic interpretation of the Chardonnay grape – a wine that is full of flavour and body.
